1. Make sure you have downloaded Unlocked Version APK
2. Make Sure You're connected to internet
3. You should signed in Google Play with your Gmail account
4. Install Unlocked Version APK
5. Go to Aviary Supply Shop
6. Wait to load list of [b]Effects, Stickers, and Frames
   (If you failed to load that's mean you have low internet connection or you're not connected to internet or your internet is not working) (you might have to restart app manually)
7. After that Restore them one by one.

NOTE:
If you experience difficulties with downloading on tusfiles, please try to login first before download (it's free to create an account), and then try use UC Browser, you can download HERE (Direct Download)

I personally use UC Browser for download from tusfile, and so far always successful without problem.
